getting players in the heart of a good lineup is definately the key. Maggs/Sheff, Ortiz/Manny, Utley/Howard, Beltran/Delgado/Wright. Most of the time players like that are untouchable, unless you have someone of equal value to trade, or the player's had a bad start.
