Draft guys who get a lot of RBI's?
well thats helpful....
anyway, try buying low on guys like konerko, berkman, or andruw jones. unfortunately sometimes you'll have to sacrafice other categories if you want to stockpile somewhere else.

Seriously though, it's like asking how to increase stolen bases... get guys who steal bases. How to increase RBI's? Get guys who drive in runs.
Runs and RBI are frustrating because they are so dependent on luck. The suggestions above will be your best bet but as one guy said, sometimes you can have guys who hit tons of HR on good teams and still finish with less than 100 RBI. It just happens. Best bets for RBI are Pujols, Ortiz, and Ramirez in my opinion. 3 guys who not only hit the crap out of the ball but play in good lineups and hit a TON of sac flies (especially Ortiz who hits behind 2 high on-base guys, rarely gets walked due to Manny, and his one of the most extreme fly ball hitters in baseball). Problem is these guys are usually gone in the first 15 picks for good reason.

I have a bunch of guys who are supposed to drive in runs but they aren't getting it done and now that Tex is on the DL I don't want to lose anymore points in the category. Stolen bases is different because not everybody steals bases so there are guys like Lofton and Lugo who you can go out and get to make gains in SB. RBI is not a scarce category therefore it is harder to make up ground in.
