I don't disagree with that. My point was that he might be a solid mid-rotation guy NOW. He's been historically plagued by walks but, in the last few starts anyway, has walked very few. Maybe he just got lucky or maybe he turned the corner. If you've got a stacked fantasy rotation already, there's no need to speculate on Marshall. But if you don't, he's the sort of guy worth speculating on, IMO, especially since he was almost certainly undrafted and available for the price of an add-drop.
As a Cubs fan, I sure hope so. But I'm just not getting my hopes too high.

Could a Cubs fan explain the difference between Rich Hill and Sean Marshall to me? Obviously his command has been better this year so far, but in terms of pure stuff, they both have a quality left-handed fastball and a big curve. Mashall's fastball might even be a bit harder.
