The next big arms to get?

I play in a highly competitive auction-dynasty league that places a large influence on getting prospect pitchers and getting them cheap. I like to get the guys before the really breakout, this way I don't have to pay a ton and get to keep him longer. I was wondering if any of you guys can throw out some names of pitchers who should be at the top next year and the year after. Im going to list all the prospects currently drafted, just throw out names who I really should be on the watch for. The idea is to get them before they reach the Lincecum/Gallardo/Hughes level.

The limit on how long you can sign a guy to a contract is 3 years. Each year after that, the contract doubles itself. So it'd be smartest to get guys who have an ETA of 2008-2009.
