So you even admit that the trade improves both teams. If you're playing ethically, there's no way you should veto. Giles is pretty much a nothing, but one side gets power with Dukes, the other gets speed with Victorino. They shouldn't be more than the 3rd or 4th OFers anyway, so I don't see why you're so up in arms about it.
