However intentionally, they singlehandedly brought about an overturn of a tripple by David Wright in favor of a HR...the correct call.

Umps met made the correct call after Wright (who also thought the ball stayed in) saw the play on the screen and had a canniption (sp)

What's the rule-book say on this?

Game's under protest, unlikely they'll change anything, or will they?

they should...its bs that only after the replay was show on the screen and LoDocua and Wright noticed that it hit the sign did they motion for a HR

obviously nothing will come out of this...but as usual, umps affecting the outcome of the game

I think video replay should be used for homerun calls anyway. :X

i agree, if they were ever to institute instant replay i think it should be used only on disputed HRs
