i would think Bailey has a better shot at remaining in the rotation longer. Miller could be sent back down once either Robertson and/or Rogers come off the DL.
IF Miller was set to remain in the rotation longer i would like him better

Bailey is the better option for the long run because he has a much better shot at remaining in the rotation.
