Where is the roster when posting messages?

Previously, there was a roster button where you can just click on it at the end of writing your message so you don't have to type out the entire roster...is that option gone?

But basically here is the deal: The software package that was just installed doesnt have the roster button automaticlly installed (it is a general software package for boards, not just forum-specific for sports). So Mad said that would be added on later as they customize it.
