BJ Upton, despite having a pretty sick season going, still has his yahoo O-Rank around 180! I mean, I know O-Ranks are worthless (except to the guys in my league who use it as a gauge for player value), but come on! Isn't the O-rank supposed to be a combination of actual performance, expected performance, and so called "experts" ranks? Do the guys at Yahoo really think Upton is the 187th most valuable fantasy player?
I know he started way down there in the ranks...but they can't move him up? Look at JJ Hardy, his O-Rank is now in the low double-digits.
Sorry for the nonsense, I just find it odd that it seems like Upton isn't getting any respect over there.
Well, that is why you look at new rank not old rank. I believed JJ Hardy was rank higher than Upton to begin with, plus JJ Hardy is rank No. 8 on the new rank. JJ is having a better season than Upton now. That is why he is rank higher.
Yeah, i thought O-Rank was the original rank the players had based on statistics last year and based on predicitons on how they would perform this year. But then some players seem to be a little high than where they would have been before the start of the season so iam not actually sure anymore...
