That walk on Pena was even more puzzling considering Accardo has dominated left-handed batters. Very bad move today. Accardo should be fine in the long run, however.

Yeah, I wouldn't lose faith in Accardo paced on one bad outing. He's been great overall!

I think those decisions show that Gibbons is essentially over-managing in order to try and keep his job. Good managers don't try to force things like this.
