The jays offseason included many small pitching aqquasitions. I think that the Jays will be amazing, and even thought the Orioles will cause trouble, I believe that the Jays have picked up the Bill Muellers which they need for a run at the playoffs.

Baltimore will not cause any trouble. They made some noise and got some people talking but they basically are marginally better than last year. I'm not expecting much of a change in the standings, but it could be an interesting year....

I agree with Mauro - they have improved their pitching but how many of the O's starters can you name? How many relievers?

The Jays will finish third behind the Yanks and Sox just like they have for the past 5 years. But the Jays are getting better and the Yanks are getting older - we are closing the gap!

Third place in baseball's toughest division isn't bad - and we will be a lot more exciting to watch.

I agree, the Orioles won't be any trouble. Basically all they've added is Miguel Tejada. Ponson was with them for most of last year so it really isn't a new addition. They also have the worst closer in baseball.
