Jeff Weaver pitching out West in the NL is a definite sleeper.

Carpenter has got great stuff and if he is ready to go he is in the same category. He could be a 15 game winner with that lineup behind him.

Adam Eaton has got great upside this year as well. He will improve a ton on last season after having so much time on the sidelines over the previous 3 years. Should get plenty of run support this year as well which is a pleasant suprise for a Padres pitcher.

The #5 guy in the Dodger rotation, whether it be Jackson, Alvarez, Dreiffort or Miller. I also like Weaver.

Does Pavano count as a cellar dweller?

i agree with whoever said Brian Anderson. if the Royals are gonna make a run, they need a #1 starter.. i thinks he fits the bill so far.. i could see 15+ wins 3.50 era

also, Matt Riley.. i think he's starting out as the o's 5th starter, but i've heard Lee Mazilli mention him and Ainsworth in the same breath,, so they probly have hopes for him

i also agree with: c.lee, e.jackson, traschel, weaver, marquis, carpenter, leiber, .. if pavano was still around, i'd probly grab him
