Mike Fitzgerald - 07/26/88. PH GS in the bottom of the 11th, Expos beat Cubs 8-4.
You need to get a baseball-reference.com account. This would've been a lot easier to find if I had an account.

I am pretty sure Tim Teuffel hit a pinch hit Grand Slam for the Mets in 1986, but that is the only one that comes to mind other than the one that was previously posted. My first instinct was to say Robin Ventura, but his walk-off Grand Slam in the 1999 NLCS was neither a pinch hit nor a HR, as it will go down as a single ...

Hey All,
Someone just answered Mike Fitzgerald of the Montreal Expos on Jeff Pico of the Chicago Cubs on July 26 1988, the score tied at 4-4, in the 11th inning with two outs and the count of 0-1. He blasted one to left field that scored Perez, However apparently that wasn't the last one.. Anyone know the last time someone did a walk-off pinch-hit grand slam in extrainnings after july 26 1988?
