Thoughts on Micah Owings?

I just picked him up. He has good stats and has been great the last 2 outings giving up only 1 run. Do you think i should start him this week against Boston?

i would say no.

Boston = good hitting team

The BoB (or whatever the hell they're calling it these days) = hitter's park

Boston's Starter on 6/8 = Beckett

unless you're looking for quantity over quality, i would sit owings.

Been following the guy/had him on my team the entire season.

Very good prospect, a big time winner--But will have a bad week this week.

Had one rough start this year, but I really think its because hes been jerked around alittle since Randy Johnson joined the rotation--They made him a reliever for a game and it messed up his cycle.

Great sleeper--No one will be talking about him all year.

Its irrelevant who is starting for the Sox on 6/8. Owings is starting on Saturday and is facing Tavarez. Although I would agree he has a decent chance of being lit up, he has a much better chance of winning facing Tavarez rather than Beckett.
