If the fantasy draft was today?

I am not sure if this is the right forum but I was wondering how everyone would rank the top 30 players. I am about to do a mid season keeper draft and needed some advice on who to target. I have done numerous re-drafts but never any keepers, who are some of the top guys that I should target? Is the draft strategy really that different? ect.?

Younger guys like Miggy, Hanley Ramírez, and Prince fielder should be bumped up your rankings some. Older guys like Manny and Vlad should be bumped down a little. However don't be scared of older guys, or over pay too much for younger guys.
