There is nothing wrong with that trade, especially if someone is playing for next year. There are many trades, especially in salary leagues, that seem a little out of line but when one team is playing for next year it evens the trades out.

i'd let it go through, both trades are giving up quality players that will have a positive affect on both teams. yes, it's a little lopsided, but not enough to veto
