I can't believe the smallish size of these rosters! There are so many great names in FA.

Chris Shelton

And I know I'm missing a ton, but these guys will not stay out there forever. I'd drop those guys like Woods and knapplc and pick up one of the FAs before these other guys come to their senses.

I hear he's been working on his free throws.

It's not about being a control freak. It's about being maybe smart enough to go, 'No, that's a bad idea.' That's all it's about -- keeping the ability to at least have a shot as opposed to something that's just an obvious disaster. I want to make a good record. I don't want to throw a brick. This cannot be Shaq at the free-throw line.

But he works very slow with runners on base.

To say the making of this album has been an unbearably long and incomprehensible journey would be an understatement.

I've just decided, within myself, that Chinese Democracy will not happen.

Not to hijack the thread (is that possible at this point? ) but the recording is complete and last they said was it's just legal issues holding it up at this point. There's been rumors of a single in the summer leading up to a fall release, but I'm not getting my hopes up to be dissapointed again. There were also a few high quality demos leaked and if anyone's interested...

On the bright side, Velvet Revolver's new album is coming out next month.
