Does anyone know where or how I can find out when new players are added to the CBS database. I am in a 24 team dynasty league with minor leaguers and trying to guess when people are available is near impossible. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Not a clue. But your commissioner can add any player you want. That's how I do it in my Sportsline league.
