Where should Loaiza go?

I'm in the eight round of my draft and he's still sitting there. I know he probably won't perform as well as last year, but how valuable will he be? Pitchers who didn't half as well as him last year have already been taken.

Russ Ortiz is left. So is L. Hernandez(I'm the only one who seems to like him). W. Williams, K. Wells, Wakefield, Pettitte, Ponson, Peavy, Padilla, Miller, Redman, Batista, Sheets, Escobar, Miller. Those seem to be the best of what is left.
