Honest mistake. I think there was some behind-the-scenes rabble-rousing between Leonardo and Raphael over which one really gets to lead. I think Raphael was given the title Assistant Regional Manager which was later downgraded by Leonardo to Assistant to the Regional Manger.

Raphael was, understandably, bitter.
