According to fat boy Miller and the repetitive Joe Morgan he is the greatest closer ever..."what an intimidating stare". He got a good stare of that A Rod big fly, Paplebon is so overrated

PAPLEPUNK got taken to the woodshed by Arod tonight...love that stare as he watched the ball leave the park...they did see the best closer ever....he was on the mound for the Yankees :-D

Papelbon is still one of the best closers in the game. I don't think you can start talking about all-time yet, but of all the active closers, I think he is best. I guess the only guy that could be ahead of him is F. Rodriguez, but they're pretty similar.

2.11 ERA, 13/14 SV, 21.2 IP, 13H, 5ER, 2HR, 0HBP, 10BB, 30K.

I know he is a very good closer, but ESPN is so on his nuts it is ridiculous. You would think by their description that he is the second coming of Christ. The only better thing that could have happened is if a foul ball would have struck Ben Afleck on Saturday.

I was watching the game, they never said he was the greatest pitcher ever...they just said he is one of the best in the game right now which is completely true..

I have no idea what your talking about..arods ball barely went out, and paps had been making great pitches since he went into that game..

I would rather have Wagner for this year and next then Paps.
