Some of it is relative to the stereotypes of women's softball players and some of it is because these ladies look sweet without tons of makeup or airbrushing.

Yeah, that's it to me. I don't like the over done, airbrushed, supermodel you look like plastic look. The picture of the catcher posted wasn't a picture of a supermodel, but she is still attractive without any make up or prepping.
The Nebraska Women's Volleyball team is not only stocked with really good looking girls, they're great students and great athletes as well (and defending National Champs).

Most college volleyball teams are nice to look at, and given the unis they wear, who wouldn't go to their games.

I went and checked their pics on the website and I guess those are some pretty crummy pics. Sorry. Just trust me - these are pretty nice looking girls.
