That's because Gallardo's been dominant and looks very polished. Homer's already had an injury and hasn't been as dominant at the same level. Still, Homer has slightly better stuff and we won't know for sure until both of them start pitching against MLB hitters.

i think that depends on how Bailey pitches.
if he pitches well he kind of forces the Reds to keep him in the rotation, but if he doesnt pitch so well then its an easy choice for them to send him back down.
