Lets discuss who you think the front runners are.
In the AL, Upton(if he qualifies) , Dukes(Doubtful but he might hit 30hr), I have heard Dice K alot but, I think he sucks
In the NL, TL(I am sure he will be everybodies pick), Braun(another hot pick)
Any dark horse picks, like Ojima, or Joe Smith
Baseball is the only field of endeavor where a man can succeed three times out of ten and be considered a good performer.

for the AL:
upton doesnt qualify
dukes could hit 100 hr and not win the ROY
matsuzaka, despite you thinking he sucks, will still win easy as of now
the only other guy to mention is willits.
NL: Lincecum will garner some votes, as will Kelly Johnson, and maybe chris B if he gets hot.

I really think if Dice K pitched on almost any other team, besides the Redsox or Yankees, he would not be such a popular choice for ROY. I have also said from day one the more he pitches the more the league will pick up on him, and his numbers will continue to rise. If this guy wins 15 -20 games and finishes with an ERA above 4.50, maybe even closer to 5, he deservers to be ROY? I don't think so. Just my opinion though.

Since there is no clear cut winner yet, if Delmon puts together a big 2nd half, which he is capable of, he could win the AL ROY.
