how do i give someone a team?

so im a commish in a yahoo league and there is an inactive manager and i've heard that you can give teams away to another manager but i dont know how

anything is apperciated

Get his Yahoo ID (not team name) and the Yahoo ID of the replacement manager. E-mail that, along with the league #, to Yahoo.

yes i reposted the question because it did not work out for me and steve whomever that is, is not the right guy to contact because someone forwarded on an email they used to switch a user and the guy who did email was called Bruce...

so im comp. lost here, if someone could be more specific than "email yahoo" that would be great

I went into the help page and typed in "customer care".
