remove un active owners and replace them. im comish of a 12 team league and there are 3 managers who i know havnt visited the league since they drafted. not only no moves made but they havnt updated there lineup once.
it may be a noob question but this is the first time im comish of a league that has un active managers who dont even update the lineup when players get hurt.

Nope. Only way to transfer the team to someone else who is active is by asking the current manager to relinquish their password.

YES!

In Yahoo, as the commish, you simply have to have managers, their e-mail address, give them the league name and password, then e-mail Yahoo, and tell them your league ID number, you are the commish, and that you want to replace three managers (with their team names and e-mail addresses), and what three managers you want to replace them, assigning each a team.

I have only done this once as a commish last year, and it worked out great.

If I remember right (and maybe I don't), go to the help page, and find customer service on there, and click on that.
