i wouldnt have vetoed thats for sure. doesnt look like cheating, so no veto.

I think I might drop out of this league. Last year my trade of Cuddyer,Chavez and Saito for Arod got vetoed as well

i tend to be of the mindset that only trades that are collusive in nature should be vetoed (and for that reason, don't like the mob rule of voting on trades)

yeah, i think the guy giving up beltran is getting a bad deal, but unless there is some other evidence to promote collusion or other behavior contrary to the competitve spirit of the league, i say let the deal go through.

totally agree, vetos are supposed to be there for the prevention of collusion, not because another team doesn't think your getting a fair return.. people need to start running their own teams and not worry about what other teams are doing, unless it's something like santana and a-rod for crisp and ibanez or something so lobsided like that it totally has to ruin the compettive balance of the league...just my thoughts.

Although this trade is lopsided (I think the other manager is greatly overvaluing Clemens), the other manager does get a solid SP and steals by the "truck load" (Victorino). I do not believe this deal should be vetoed.
