Please post some keeper league rules for my review

1 or 2 players in my league feel I have not considered all different scenarios and circumstances that might come up in my rules. I feel this is impossible to do. I feel I have a good base and if/when something comes up that is not covered it will be dealt with at that time, I realize that might be asking for trouble, but what can I do. God forbid one of the MLB team planes were to crash and kill everyone on board, what the hell do you do in a case like that? Could some of you post your league rules so I can review them and see if I'm missing an important rule or two.

We have a traditional 5x5 keeper league, no salarys or contracts are in the league, we also have a minor league roster.
