C - Michael Barrett
1B - Mark Teixeira
2B - Chase Utley
3B - Ryan Braun
SS - Hanley Ramirez
LF - Carl Crawford
CF - Vernon Wells
RF - Michael Cuddyer
BN - Delmon Young
BN - Garrett Atkins

SP - Jeremy Bonderman
SP - Aaron Harang
SP - A.J. Burnett
RP - Akinori Otsuka
RP - J.J. Putz
P - Bobby Jenks
BN - Chris Capuano
BN - Tim Lincecum
BN - Chad Guadin

Granted, my pitching staff is nothing amazing, but my HITTERS!?!?! When I read down my lineup, i feel my team is really stacked...but every week has been a struggle.

Currently ranking in total stats:
last in Runs
2nd to last in Homeruns
last in Walks
2nd to last in Batting average
RBI's im in the middle of the pack
SB's and K's, lower middle

Do I blame it on Wells, Atkin's, and Barrett's cold streak? Or do I shut up and just say my team sucks?

Well your pitching staff if very average. There are nice starters, but no top flight ace to anchor it. I would try and make a trade for a top flight option, maybe even a buy low guy like Zambrano. As far as your hitters, You could definetly stand to upgrade your OF. Crawford is a stud, but Young and Cuddyer are average at this best at this time. Wells will come around. It is not a bad team at all, just lacking in the superstar factor that drives winning teams. Try and make some moves with your SP pitching depth to add a top flight starter and OF.

i dont think so... your pitching isnt very good, but it can be if the diamonds in the rough like lincecum and gaudin continue how they were. your offense is great in my eyes, you just gotta be patient. i see 6 players that should have gone in the top 3 rounds on draft day. have faith in atkins.. he has to come around. though i probably wouldnt be so optimistic about him if he wasnt on my team.

exactly, i fell my hitters are so stacked, but they're playing so flat

I'm trying to move Tex for a stud pitcher, who should I target? I can move cuddyer to 1st and Young to RF. Hopefully this can improve my staff.

:-/ thanks for honesty

one guy that i think you can target is dan haren. i think this guy is as good as it gets right now. the run support isnt there yet but oakland always comes around.. no matter who is playing on the team. if youre set on dealing tex im sure you can get haren plus a decent offensive player for him. other pitchers i like in that tier are erik bedard, cole hamels, and either ben sheets or john smoltz if you wanna take a risk. all seem attainable for tex.
