I'm putting up solid offense but the problem is pitching. I'm near the bottom in terms of W/ERA/WHIP. Should I trade Thome/Jones/Griffey for a solid starter?

since thome is sitting on your bench (which he shouldn't be), trade him or trade someone to make room for him...if chipper turns out to be ok i would sell high on lowell to try and get some more pitching as well

sorry guy, dont think so. pujols will be pujols, so thats not a worry, but it looks like you are depending too much on the players that are currently hot or the trendy guys. of barfield, pence, lowell, slowey, and maine i dont see more of two of those guys finishing according to the pace they have now. of those guys barfield was probably the only one on everyones draft list. trust your projections man.. target guys who arent playing well now but have high projections.

You need some pitching, trade McGriff before he gets hurt. You can probably trade Griff and one of your SPs for a stud.
