Unfortunately there is a GM in my league who is unresponsive and despite repeated attempts to reach him, has stayed that way. Most of the GMs go to the same college, so we are proposing locating this GM and confronting him. Hes already been thrown out of the league and we have a replacement who has promised to "make his team a winner" but just needs his password and account info.

What do you think about confronting him to get the password? Ideally he will go along and give it to us, but if not, more extreme measures need to be taken. Torture? Violence? Whatever needs to be done for the greater good of the league...

What site is the league hosted? You can simply have the Commish email Yahoo! asking them to change IDs in favor of another. Simply as commish email them giving them the league ID and pass, the old email/ID that you wish to get rid of, and the ID/email of the new owner you want to take his place. I'm not sure if other hosting sites do the same, but I'm sure Yahoo! will.
