Will he stay around 260 all year or do you think he will end around his career average of 300? He hasnt been getting any multi hit games and was just wondering if you think this trend will continue?

Its still relatively early. I think he'll regress toward the mean and approach his career BA numbers. If not, he'll at least hit around .300 from here on out. Be patient.

I too am concerned he was pretty hot at the end of April like the rest of my team, but now has cooled off. I am hoping the warmer weather in Cleveland will cause him to heat up as well. ;-D

It seems like he's striking out more than normal. He rarely gets a good pitch to hit. I don't get to watch many of his games, but I'm wondering if he's expanding his strike zone a little, and swinging at more bad pitches. I can't see him hitting this poorly all year. He will get hot.

Hafner is a machine. There;s no doubt in my mind that he will end the season at or around .300 with 40 HR and 120+ RBI. All it takes is a two week tear to get his average up. It happened to Pujols and Sizemore over the past few weeks, it will happen to him.
