My first car was a 1979 Plymouth Volare Duster. It was white but the passenger side door was a replacement and was red. Classy!

my first was a 95 ES 300. i saved up for that puppy while driving my mom's 96 ford taurus and my dad's 200 f-250. but i got into an accident alittle over a year ago RIP Lucy.

yeah, it's a hand me down from my parents. So anyone got any other ideas? What do you guys think an estimate on seat covers would be? or a paint job? thanks

If this truly is a 2 year old vehicle they're giving you, you wouldn't want to make any permanent changes to it like painting it. That would likely hurt your resale value, which you will care about someday.

I don't know if anyone makes NBA seat covers or not or if you'd just want to go with team colors maybe. A good set of seat covers will likely run you $100 or more. You can always get a license plate frame (and team plate for the front if your state doesn't require one), window flag, bumper stickers, or one of those big vinyl decals to slap on the side. And fuzzy dice.

Earl Scheib used to paint cars for $99 but probably at least a couple thousand to get it done for real.

MrsAcidRock has a Honday Odyssey that is pretty smooth for a minivan. I have driven from Champaign, IL to Oklahoma and when you hit the gas to pass trucks going uphill in the Ozarks, it takes off like a scalded cat...

Yeah, any kind of aftermarket paint job will never be as good as the factory paint. Especially those cheap places.

And that Honda will hold its value incredibly well. Keep it in good shape and you can get great value for it when you're ready for something else.
