Any word on when he'll be in the closer role? He looked shaky in his first outing but has been OK since then...

I have him he should get most of the saves over Grienke. Soria is on the DL so he has not true competion. Dotel will probably close decent enough to keep his closing spot.

Royals website, via Rotowire, via Yahoo!:
May 28 Dotel will be the Royals' primary closer now that Joakim Soria is on the disabled list, according to the Royals' official Web site.
Recommendation: The Royals were planning to ease Dotel back into the role, but there just aren't many good alternative choices in the Kansas City bullpen. Dotel could have trouble early as he gets his feel, but was dominating in the spring, so expect good things as the season wears on.

Dotel IS the closer. If he get some chances and excels, he'll hold off both Greinke and Soria (upon the latter's return).
