Made a diving stop of a grounder in the 9th inning of a blowout loss (Coming) and underhanded it wildly to 1st for an error. Got up limping. Stayed in but 2 hitters he was lifted for a replacement.

He doesn't expect to miss any time with the problem. "My leg is fine," he said. "I know what to do. I had to stretch it out." On the off chance that Howard sits tomorrow, Wes Helms will play first base.
