I have YES channel where I am, so I got to see Atkins play the yankees. He really is hitting in a great spot behind helton and holliday, great to see he is finaly batting runners in and is looking more like his 2006 self

One thing about him, he loves to get pitches low, and has trouble on high pitches.

It's kinda hard to NOT believe in the Jynx. He has started almost every game with a big hit or maybe in his second AB......then someone posts something and he goes 0'fer after the post. So as someone posted earlier, I will continue believing in the jynx until its proven wrong. If you don't want to take part in the Garrett Atkins thread by all means get out and dont come back here.

No need for any hostility. This thread is all about positivity. Besides, there is an appropriate thread for in game comments...the Game Commentary forum. Let's keep this thread reserved for before and after game comments...
