If you decide to boot him, lock him out and make sure that every team gets exactly one free 12-0 week against him. After that, put in a default roster for him the rest of the way.

Click on his team name to get his Yahoo ID. Get the Yahoo ID of the replacement manager. E-mail both to Yahoo along with your league #. They should make the change within a day or 2.
