Finally starting to show his wears that made him a top prospect of the Jays at one time. Hes been showing flashes in the last couple games too(b4 last nite). Injuries etc have really slowed his progress.

Watching him sometimes reminds me of a young RHalladay.

I still dont expect smooth sailing thou there will be still some bumps in the road this year.

And to think they almost lost him this season.

Only a plea to the commish office to extend his minor league option(they had run out)based on the fact of his having TommyJohn surgery saved them.

I watch the Jays as I live up in Canada now. That was his first good start way too wild, and random for fantasy he has a very nice fastball with potential though. Don't be fooled he is due for giving up a huge inning next start one of his biggest problems.

Yeah, he looked okay last night, but the Yankee hitting just flat out sucked, which certainly helped his line.

If you've followed the yanks at all, their offense has been anemic and has been the problem. The pitching has been more than serviceable for the majority of May; it's too bad Clemens can't swing a bat.

McGowan looked pretty decent at times, had some heat and some nice breaking balls, but I'd definitely hold off for now as far as fantasy goes.
