It's gotta be:

C - Mauer
1B - Pujols
2B - Reyes
3B - ARod
SS - H Ramirez
LF - MCab
CF - Sizemore
RF - V Guerrero
DH - Hafner

SP - Santana, Peavy, Haren, Hamels, Oswalt
RP - KRod, Papelbon
Mid-RP - Neshek, Broxton

This way you get speed and power without sacrificing anything.

The lineup would look like:

the way to beat that team is to hit it to LF. mcab in left is a disaster. if you'e picking a team like this, you shouldnt have any holes, and mcab's d in lf would be a big one.
