Ideas and thoughts on my team

Im in a 10 team mixed non-keeper league. I am in 3rd place (first place in all offensive categories, really struggling in pitching)

Should I just hold on and expect my pitching to finally come around? Try and make another move? Any ideas for an outfielder to pick up?
Should i try and upgrade any particular position?

BN Abreu (I am just hoping he picks it up - do you think we will?)

BN D Johnson - holding on in case i want to trade Texiera or Hafner
