For those of you who are not aware, Alyssa Milano has a clothing line in affiliation with MLB. She designs t-shirts, jackets, etc. with MLB team logos exclusively for female baseball fans. While searching her link on the MLB website, I noticed that her line offers merchandise with the logos of 29 of 30 teams--that is, everyone except the Blue Jays. What an insult to Jays fans and Canadians in general. First you display our flag upside down at the World Series, and now this. Needless to say, I will be returning my Who's the Boss DVD box set without delay.
Or maybe the organization didn't give her the rights to use the logo. That's what I'd think it would be.
I think of it like old basketball video games. It wasn't, "Man, NBA Live is stupid. They hate Charles Barkley." Some players just didn't allow themselves to be in the games.

If she's doing it through MLB I wouldn't think the Blue Jays can disallow them from using the logo. I would think MLB could use anything like that freely.
Actually she did not snub the Jays...in fact she is on the cover of the "Jays Shop" magazine...I'm not sure why it didn't show up on the list of teams like you said (29 of 30)...See link below...
She probably doesn't think the clothes would be warm enough for the cold and snowy environment we have up here . I mean, we all live in igloos and the Skydome ("Rogers Centre") is basically a giant retracting igloo itself.....
Just horrible. Will the injustices against Canada ever cease...
Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey
