Dropped him yesterday and left the slot empty, probably to do some spot starting. Cust is, I think, done. With Piazza back soon I think he'll be on his way back to the minors. There may be an HR or two left in him but this last week was utterly brutal.

If he wasn't on his hot streak I would have had Pence in his place, which is a long term solution. Now I am left with Chris B Young

Yeah, he's done. He has his hot couple weeks and now he's ready to go back to the minors for a few more years.

Glad I dumped him about 2 weeks ago... I picked the right time!
