just joined a new leauge and it says holds count what does that mean?

It means that holds are a scoring catagory in your league and that you'll want to have a couple of middle relievers on your team. For more info on what a hold is exactly, here you go:

It's not too hard. Luckily, you don't have to worry about it like finding the latest closer. Just check your league for recent success.
