*raises hand* Another Mitre spot-starter here! I have to apologize in advance. I've had the absolute worst luck with spot-starting this year ... pretty all my picks have gotten shelled. Hopefully my karma won't bring everyone down.

you guys are all way too superstitious. Just because people own him and talk about him doesnt mean hes going to tank. Lets be realistic B-)

If you have mlbtv, go watch him. I'm pretty impressed. He's hitting 90-91 consistently and is throwing Ks down in the zone. I'm pretty impressed.

By the way, if you don't have it, for $90, you really need to get mlbtv. It's the best thing going. You can watch any game on your computer (with the exception of Saturday day games and Sunday night baseball). It's a great deal and help as a fantasy manager. ;-D

Mitre has pitched a great game tonight, but just got pulled out of the game. He came up a little gimpy running to 1st on a sac. bunt ... crap!

They didn't pull him out immediatly, they waited a couple more pitches. But in the replay you could def. see him pulling up lame. Don't think he will be DL bound, just a shame because he was pitching great (7 K's) and only went 4 innings - so no win
