He's going to begin a rehab assignment on Monday.Will he be the Red's closer when he returns?

ive been reading that Guardado could take over the closers role once he returns, and as a Weathers owner ive been concerned.
Weathers has only blown one save, allthough he hasnt pitched that well including 6 ER last night
eventhough Guardado could become the closer, im not sold he will be that good.
he has never done well in the 2nd half, but how would that translate this season? since he will have missed most of the 1st half does his 1st half this season not start until close to the 2nd half meaning this years 2nd half wont be his 2nd half but instead his 1st half? is anyone else confused?
eventhough Guardado is available i dont think im going to be picking him up.

i think he has a good chance but im not going to pick him up until the final word is reached. id probably have to drop crede for him...

I think the reds will move him into the closer role relatively soon after he returns if his health holds. They need to strengthen the bullpen, and most of Weathers' experience is as a set up guy, and Guardardo's as a closer. I think Id drop weathers for guardardo if he was available to get a jump on it.

i may be wrong, but Weathers this season has been better in save chances than in non save chances ..so maybe when Guardado returns he should be the set up guy. why should Weathers lose the role to some pitcher who has missed significant time due to an injury?
if Guardado returns and is effective as the set up guy and Weathers faulters as the season goes on fine then switch them, but dont put in Guardado just after he returns.
