I got Kent in one of the later rounds in our draft (I had already drafted Weeks at 2B) and I've had him in a utility spot ever since. I was tempted to drop him about two weeks ago (and I even considered dropping him for Kaz Matsui a couple of days ago
), but there's no way I'm letting him go any time soon. He's batting clean-up behind three .280-.300 hitters and he's proving to be reliable as hell with men on base. He's been one of my nice surprises and all signs point to him keeping it up (knock on wood). Grady Little has done a good job of giving him a day off here and there, too.
...and yes, great 'stache.
