i agree, having guys who havnt proved anything in the bigs ahead of a guy such as verlander(who has put up a brilliant season and started this one out on the same pace) is not right. its tough to put lincecum ahead of him. but giving the way he has tossed his last 3 games it is justifiable.
this is how it would look in my opinion. now remember when comparing pitchers this close in talent level. there can be alot of guys who think a guy should be higher or lower. this is with liriano and also, taking into consideration the teams and divisions they will be playing in and for.
