Why is there not a sticky trade rumor topic yet?
it seems that there is a lot of talk of lidge, ray, or some other players getting traded.

Do you have any other ideas of what other big name players may go by the deadline?

I have been hearing Adam Dunn's name thrown out there alot. Teams showing interest are

Dodgers
Angels

Exactly!!! If there's anyone who can help Atkins, it'll be my man Vlad. LAA runs a lot and Atkins could increase his SB. LAA is a fairly young team and Atkins might fit in there. Playing @ TEX and facing SEA pitching could help.

Colorado isn't an extreme hitters park anymore

Just to add on:

Atkins is more of a line drive/gap hitter, so the move shouldn't affect him much at all. He'd be going to a team that would bat him higher in the lineup and, like mentioned before, might protect him with VLAD.
