the priority is only for guys who clear the same day. you'll get the guy who clears first and then drop down to the bottom of the rung.

Yes, only because Gallardo has that sexy NA next to his name. If he were up, he should be taken by someone with a top 2 priority.

I'm in the same situation as the OP.

However, if I wake up early on Sunday morning, is there a way to tell if someone in the league put in a claim for Gallardo? (this way I can choose NOT to use my waiver)

My friend told me if he hasn't cleared waivers by ~6:50AM EST, than someone has put in a claim and is getting "sorted" out.

I've noticed when players clear waivers and nobody put a claim on them they usually clear closer to 6:30AM EST.

Thoughts?

That's what I've always done. I don't know how early I usually check, all I remember is that it was pretty early.
