he started off so hot. I didnt expect him to keep up the pace he was on. But damn, he's 0 for 5000 in his last few games! i just wanted to vent. Thank you.

At least you got what you did out of him. I had a choice between Hermida and Chris B. Young. Young has given me a hit, a stolen base, a pulled groin, and over a week full of "he's not going on the DL." :-t

yeah, w/ Hardy getting the night off, I started Hermida at UTIL. If he goes 0/4 tonight, he'll be on the wire in my league by morning.

Free agents do enough to catch your attention and by the time you pick them up and put them in your lineup....the hot streak is over. I have done it plenty of times.

true, as I've done this a few times this year (C. B. Young, Cust, etc...) however, every now and then you'll get one that will last (Hardy).

Thats what Victoriano did to me.only 2 SB's since he got 6 in 1 WEEK.And his ave had gone way down.I can't drop him(I need stolen bases)IE I dropped Johnny Damon for him when Damon was missing 2 games a week.

Now Damon is starting to heat up.But,he won't get more SB's than Victoriano.I lead my League in Ave,2nd in runs,so I really lose Nothing.Damon is going to pull something soon enough.

Lesson learned... don't drop Damon for a rookie. Still, I'm not ready to give up on Victorino yet.
